SS/HCS/HBs 998 & 905 - This act requires mobile home park
landlords to provide notice to mobile homeowners 120 days before
demanding that they vacate the property due to a change in the
use of the property. The length of the required notice will be
the remaining period on the lease when that remaining period is
greater than 120 days. The act prohibits landlords from raising
the rent within 60 days of providing the notice, or at any time
after providing the notice, except for a rent increase based
solely on an increase in property taxes.
